Student Menu

  1. Go to leagueminder.com to log in to LeagueMinder.
  1. Enter your Username and Password in the designated fields. Click “Login.”
  1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click “Students Menu.”

  1. A new screen will appear where you can see either all of your students that you ever inputted a list of your active students on LeagueMinder, or just your inactive students at the top center of the page.

  1. From here you have the ability to import students or import a roster by clicking on import and then uploading the completed import template.

Actions

  1. There is an actions tab next to import which allows you to update eligibility dates, update student grade levels, clear physicals, and an interscholastic opportunities option.

  1. These options update the entire roster not just individual students.
  1. Clicking on each tab will cause a pop up screen to appear on the page in order to make the correct adjustments.

Team History

  1. In order to view team history, go to the home page with all of your sports listed on the screen. Click on the team that you wish to view the history for, and then click on what tab you wish to view the history for.  After doing that, at the top there is a dropdown tab with the years on them.  Click on that and go to the year which you wish to view the history of.

  1. To edit team history, after clicking on the tab and year that you want to edit, scroll down to the posted information you wish to change and click the three vertical dots next to the event and then click edit.

  1. In order to delete team history, just click delete right below edit.

Searching for a Student

  1. To search for a student click on the search tab located next to Import and Actions at the top of the screen and enter in the student’s name. They will then be listed below.

Adding a New Student

  1. At the top right of the Student’s Menu page click
  1. After clicking the tab, a pop up screen will appear where you can enter all of the student’s information.

  1. After entering all of the student’s information, at the bottom of the screen click save or submit and add another.

Edit Student Information

  1. To edit a student’s information, type their name in the search bar and then click on the three vertical dots below actions on the right hand side of their name. Click on edit and then all of the information will show on a pop up screen.

  1. After editing their information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click save.
