Managing Users and Assigning Permissions

  1. Go to leagueminder.com to log in to LeagueMinder.
  1. Enter your Username and Password in the designated fields. Click “Login.”
  1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click “Administration.”
  1. A new page will appear. Under the “School Users / Contacts” heading, click “Manage Users.”

Adding a New User

  1. A pop up screen will appear. Enter the new user’s information, using the different tabs to toggle between menus. Fill in the required information in the “Personal Info” and “User Info” tabs, as noted by the

  1. If you are adding a head coach, click the “Head Coach” tab. Select the team(s) to which the head coach is
  1. If you are adding an assistant coach, click the “Assistant Coach” tab. Select the team(s) to which the assistant coach is assigned.

  1. Scroll down to the “Coach Settings” area to designate the permissions for the user you are adding. Note: If you do not check “Full Access” next to “Student Information Access,” the user will not be able to enter in rosters or statistics for their team. Also, if you check “Yes” next to “Statistician,” the user’s name will not be posted on the team page.

6. When you have finished entering the user’s information and permissions, click “Save.” A confirmation box will appear. Click “OK.”
