Use Add Existing User when the Email Address or Username already exists in LeagueMinder and the User needs access to your School or Organization.

This allows the User to use the same login across multiple organizations without creating a second account.

Add an Existing User

1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Resources.
3. Under Resources, select Users.
4. Click the + Add New Button.
5. Enter the existing Email Address or Username.
6. If a matching User is found, select the User and assign the appropriate Permissions.
7. Click the Save Button to add the User to your organization.

   ***If no matching User is found, the system will prompt you to create a new User Account.
   ***This feature is commonly used for Coaches, Administrators, or Users who work across multiple organizations.
