This guide explains how to enter or update your School Information within LeagueMinder. Keeping your School Details accurate ensures proper identification in the system and supports scheduling, reporting, and communication across your organization.
Steps to Enter or Edit Your School Information

Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.

From the left-hand navigation menu, click Administration.

Under the Administration Section, select School Information.

Enter or update the following School Details as needed:

School Logo
-
School Name
-
Enrollment Numbers (Boys/Girls)

School Address
-
Phone Number
-
School Website
-
Additional Notes
-

Once all updates are complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Button to apply your changes.
***Uploading a School Logo can help visually identify your school within LeagueMinder Reports and system interfaces.
***Always review your School Information for accuracy before you click the Save Button, as these details may be referenced by other Users within the system.
