The Edit Fac/Trans screen allows you to update facility and transportation information for multiple events at once without opening and editing each game individually.
Update Facilities and Transportation
- Log in to LeagueMinder.
- From the Dashboard, select the team whose events you want to update by choosing the appropriate Sport, Gender, and Level.
- At the top of the Team Schedule page, select Edit Fac/Trans.
- Locate the events you want to update.
- Enter or update the applicable facility and transportation information for each event.
- Save your changes when finished.
Depending on the event, information available from the Edit Fac/Trans screen may include:
- Facility OR Neutral Site / Alternate Site, when applicable
- Bus / Company
- Class Dismissal
- Departure Point
- Departure Time
- # of Vehicles
- # of Students
- Return Time
If an event is being held at a neutral or alternate location, use the Neutral Site / Alternate Site option instead of assigning the event to one of your standard facilities.
Use the Edit Fac/Trans screen when facility or transportation information needs to be updated for several existing games or events at the same time.
Example: The Gym has a leak and you need to make all events from the HS Gym to the MS Gym until it is resolved, so all Home games can be edited at once to move those events.
