How to Edit a Game in LeagueMinder

LeagueMinder allows Users to edit certain details of an existing Game after it has been created. Games can be accessed and edited from either the Calendar Page or the Schedule Page.

While there are multiple ways to access the Edit Game Screen, the editing process and available options remain the same once you reach the Game Edit Form.

Editing a Game allows you to update Event Details such as:

  • Game Mask
  • Start Time
  • Game Duration
  • Transportation
  • Notes
  • Fan Engagement Links

However, the Opponent and Game Date cannot be changed from the Edit Game Screen.

Access the Edit Game Screen from the Calendar Page

  1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
  2. Navigate to the Calendar Page.
  3. Locate the Game Event you would like to edit.
  4. Click directly on the Game Event.
  5. The Edit/Reschedule Window will open.

Access the Edit Game Screen from the Schedule Page

  1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
  2. Navigate to the Schedule Page.
  3. Locate the Game you want to edit in the Schedule List.
  4. Click the Actions Icon to the right of the Event.
  5. From the dropdown menu, select Reschedule/Edit.

Edit Game Information

Once you are on the Edit Game Screen, you may update the following fields:

  • Game Mask
  • Start Time
  • Game Duration
  • Game Help
  • Transportation
  • Fan Engagement Links
  • Live Stream Links
  • Ticketing Links
  • Event Notes
  • Private Notes (visible only to internal Users)
  • Public Notes (visible on your DigitalSports Site)

After making your updates, click the Save Button to apply the changes to the Game Event.


Important Restrictions

The following Game Details cannot be changed through the Edit Game Screen:

  • Opponent
  • Game Date

If major changes are required, such as changing the Opponent or moving the Game Date, the Game may need to be rescheduled instead.

***Public Notes and Fan Engagement Links may be visible to the public through your DigitalSports Site.
***Always review public-facing information carefully before you click the Save Button.
