LeagueMinder allows you to reschedule an existing game and update event information without creating a new event.

A game can be rescheduled from the Calendar, Daily View, or Team Schedule.

Reschedule a Game from the Calendar

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. If the Calendar is not your default view, navigate to the Calendar.
3. Navigate to the game you want to reschedule.
4. Click the event, or select View/Edit, to open the event details.
5. Click Reschedule.
6. Update the applicable event information.
7. Click Submit to save the changes.

Move or Postpone Events from the Daily View

The Move/Postpone action on the Daily View is designed to manage events scheduled for a specific day. You can apply the action to all events on that day or select only the individual events that need to be moved or postponed.

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. Navigate to the appropriate date in the Daily View.
3. Click Move/Postpone.
4. When prompted, choose whether to select all events for that day or only specific events.
5. If only certain events need to be changed, select the individual events you want to move or postpone.
6. Enter the applicable changes for the selected events.
7. Click Submit to save the changes.

Note: Selecting Move/Postpone does not require every event on that day to be changed. You can begin with the day-level action and then choose only the individual events that should be moved or postponed.

Reschedule a Game from the Team Schedule

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. From the Dashboard, select the appropriate team by Sport, Gender, and Level.
3. From the Team Schedule, locate the game you want to reschedule.
4. Click the … menu next to the game and select View/Edit.
5. Click Reschedule.
6. Update the applicable event information.
7. Click Submit to save the changes.

Information You Can Update When Rescheduling

Depending on the event and your permissions, Reschedule can be used to update more than just the game date or time.

Changes may include:

• Game Date
• Start Time
• Facility / Location
• Neutral Site / Alternate Location
• Home / Away
• Participants / Opponents
• Ticketing Links
• Live Stream Links
• Fan Engagement Links
• Other applicable event information

You can also remove an existing participant or add another participant when changes to the event require it.

Note: Use Swap Home/Away when the participating teams remain the same but the home and away designation needs to be changed.

Approval Requirements

Note: If Auto Accept is not enabled, or if your league or section uses approval routing, the reschedule may require approval before the changes are finalized. In these cases, you may be required to select Request Change and submit the proposed changes for approval.
