LeagueMinder allows you to permanently delete a game from the Team Schedule using the Quick Actions menu.

If a game has already been canceled and Cancellation Footprints are enabled, you can also remove the canceled event from your calendar or schedule through the View/Edit Event window.

Delete a Game from the Team Schedule

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. From the Dashboard, select the appropriate team by Sport, Gender, and Level.
3. From the Team Schedule, locate the game you want to delete.
4. Click the … Quick Actions menu next to the game.
5. Select Delete.
6. Complete the deletion when prompted.

Note: Delete is available from the Team Schedule Quick Actions menu. It is not available as a standard action from the Calendar.

Remove a Canceled Game from Your Schedule

If Cancellation Footprints are enabled, canceled games remain visible after they are canceled. These canceled events can later be removed from your schedule.

1. Locate the canceled game from an area where you can access the View/Edit Event window, such as the Calendar or Team Schedule.
2. Click the event, or select View/Edit, to open the event details.
3. Select the option to remove the canceled event footprint.
4. Complete the removal when prompted.

Removing the footprint clears the canceled event from your schedule after the cancellation has already been completed.

Delete vs. Cancel

Cancel and Delete serve different purposes in LeagueMinder.

• Cancel — Marks an existing game as canceled. If Cancellation Footprints are enabled, the canceled game remains visible on the schedule.
• Delete — Removes the game from the Team Schedule.
• Remove Canceled Footprint — Removes the remaining visible record of a game that has already been canceled.

If Cancellation Footprints are turned off, canceled games are automatically removed from your schedule view after cancellation, so there is no footprint to remove manually.
