This guide explains how to review, approve, or decline New Game Proposals and Game Edit Proposals submitted by other Schools within LeagueMinder.

When another school creates or modifies a Game that requires your approval, the proposal will appear in the Tentative Games Queue until action is taken.

Approved proposals will update the official Game Schedule, while declined proposals will remain unconfirmed until changes are made and resubmitted.

Access the Tentative Games List

1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Tentative Games.
3. A list will appear showing all pending Game Proposals and Game Edit Requests submitted by other Schools.

Approve or Decline a Game Proposal

Each proposal displayed in the Tentative Games List includes the following options:

• Approve Button
• Decline Button

To quickly process a proposal:

1. Locate the Game Proposal you want to review.

2. Click the Approve Button to accept the proposal.

   or

3. Click the Decline Button to reject the proposal.

View Additional Proposal Details

To review the full details of a proposal before making a decision:

1. Click the Page Icon next to the proposal.
2. A Modal Window will open displaying the complete Game Information and requested changes.
3. Within the Proposal Details Window, you may also:

• Click Approve
• Click Decline

***If the proposal was originally submitted by your School, the Approve and Decline Buttons will not appear until the opposing School reviews the proposal.
***Approved proposals will automatically update the official LeagueMinder Schedule.
***Declined proposals will not be added or updated and may require resubmission if additional changes are needed.
***Reviewing Tentative Games regularly helps maintain accurate Schedules and prevents delays in game confirmations.
