In LeagueMinder, leagues that do not use Auto Accept Scheduling require Game Changes and Rescheduled Games to enter a Tentative Status before becoming official.
When a Game Edit or Reschedule Request is submitted, it will be treated as either a Proposal or a Request, depending on your league configuration and approval workflow.
Proposal
A Proposal requires the opposing School to approve the change before it becomes official. The proposed change will remain in Tentative Status until the opposing School accepts or declines it.
Request
A Request is reviewed by a League Chairperson, Master Scheduler, or other league administrator instead of the opposing School.
***Some leagues may also enable an additional approval step requiring the opposing School to approve the request before it is forwarded to the League for final approval.
Submit a Game Change Request or Proposal
- Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
- Navigate to the Game you want to modify.
- Click Edit or Reschedule.
- Update the necessary Game Information.
- Click the Save Button to submit the changes.
Once submitted, the Game Change will automatically enter Tentative Status and appear in the Tentative Games Page for approval.
***Tentative Games are not officially added or updated until all required approvals have been completed.
***Approval workflows may vary based on your League Configuration.
***Game Change Requests help maintain scheduling accuracy and ensure all participating organizations are aware of updates before changes become official.
