The Calendar allows you to view an opponent’s schedule alongside your own events so you can quickly identify open dates when planning, adding, or rescheduling a game.

This can help you review availability before contacting another school to discuss possible dates.

View an Opponent’s Schedule

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. If the Calendar is not your default dashboard view, navigate to the Calendar.
3. In the upper-right corner of the Calendar, click the Search icon.
4. In the search window, select the opponent or opponents whose schedules you want to view.
5. Select the applicable team or teams by choosing the appropriate Sport, Gender, and Level.
   • Multiple opponents and teams can be selected.
6. Submit your selections.
7. The Calendar will populate with the selected schedule information so you can compare events and identify potential open dates.

You can use this view to compare your schedule with an opponent’s schedule or focus on the opponent’s events when determining possible dates for a new or rescheduled game.

Viewing opponent schedules directly from your Calendar can save time when planning or moving events. Instead of contacting another school first to ask which dates may be available, you can review their existing schedule and identify potential openings before sending an email or making a call.
