Edit Game Help Assignments

LeagueMinder allows you to update Game Help assignments individually by game or manage assignments across multiple games from the Game Help view.

You can update the individual assigned, their position, fee, and assignment status.

Edit Game Help for an Individual Game

  1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
  2. Navigate to the Game Help section.
  3. Locate the game or assignment you want to update.
  4. Open the View/Edit Game Help window.
  5. Update the applicable assignment information.
  6. Save your changes.

Game Help assignment information includes:

  • Individual
  • Position
  • Fee
  • Status

Manage Game Help from the Team Schedule

Game Help can also be managed directly from a team’s schedule.

  1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
  2. From the Dashboard, select the appropriate team by Sport, Gender, and Level.
  3. At the top of the team page, select the Game Help tab from the navigation menu.
  4. Locate the games you want to manage.
  5. Add or update Game Help assignments for an individual game, or use the available options to assign Game Help across multiple games.
  6. Enter the applicable assignment information.
  7. Save your changes.

The Game Help tab provides a different view of the schedule while allowing you to manage the same core Game Help information.

Game Help Assignment Information

Individual
Select the person who should be assigned to the event.

Position
Select the applicable Position for the assignment.

LeagueMinder includes a large list of Game Help positions to choose from. If the position you need is not available, contact LeagueMinder Support to request that an additional position be added.

Fee
Enter the applicable dollar amount in the Fee field.

The fee may vary based on the individual, position, event, or your organization’s Game Help settings.

Status
Select the appropriate assignment status.

Available statuses may include:

  • Auto Accept — The assignment is accepted automatically.
  • Pending — The assignment remains pending until it is accepted or otherwise updated.

Edit Multiple Game Help Assignments

The Game Help tab on the team page can also be used when assignments need to be added or updated across multiple games.

Select the applicable games and enter the Game Help information for each event rather than opening each game individually.

This can be useful when the same individuals or positions need to be assigned across several events.
