Run Student Reports

LeagueMinder provides student reporting tools for Athletic Directors, Assistant Athletic Directors, and other authorized users to review student, roster, eligibility, medical, demographic, awards, and other information.

The default Student Report provides flexible filters and display options, while additional specialized student reports are also available.

Open Student Reports

  1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Print Reports.
  3. Select Student Reports.
  4. Choose the report you want to run.

The default report is Student Report.

Filter the Student Report

Use the available filters to narrow the students included in your report.

Available filters include:

  • Graduation Year
  • Last Name Begins With
  • Last Name Like
  • GPA
  • Current Grade
  • Active Students Only

If you do not apply a filter, the report will include all students that meet the remaining selected criteria.

Include Additional Student Information

The Student Report also allows you to include or filter by additional student information.

Available options can include:

  • Had Physical
  • Has Insurance
  • Ethnicity
  • Returned Equipment
  • Suspended
  • Custom Fields

For applicable fields, you can choose whether the report should show students with Yes, No, or Both values.

Choose Report Display Options

Additional report preferences are available, including:

  • Active Students Only
  • Team Count
  • Record Numbers
  • Landscape orientation

Select the options that best fit the information you need from the report.

Build the Report

Once your filters and report options are selected:

  1. Review your selections.
  2. Click Build Report.
  3. Review the generated student information.

If needed, return to the report screen, adjust your filters or display options, and build the report again.

Other Student Reports

Use the Report Type menu to access additional student-related reports.

Available reports include:

  • Student Report
  • Medical Report
  • Roster Report
  • Awards Report
  • Early Dismissal
  • Early Dismissal with Roster
  • Eligibility Report
  • Demographics Report
  • Non-Traditional Students Report
  • Population Report
  • Title IX Report, where applicable

Each report is designed around a specific area of student or athletic administration and may provide its own filters and reporting options.

Note: The Title IX Report supports organizations and states that use Title IX-related reporting requirements and is available where applicable.
