The Import Facilities tool allows you to add multiple facilities to LeagueMinder at once using the official Facility Template.

Download the Facility Import Template

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. From the left navigation menu, click Resources.
3. Select Facilities.
4. Click the three-dot (…) menu.
5. Select Import Facilities.
6. Click the Facility Template link to download the official LeagueMinder import template.

Complete the Facility Template

Open the downloaded template and enter the facility information you want to import.

Use the official LeagueMinder template so the file matches the required import format.

Upload the Facility File

When your file is ready:

1. Return to Resources > Facilities > Import Facilities.
2. Click Choose File.
3. Select your completed facility import file.
4. Upload the file.

LeagueMinder will display a review screen showing the facilities in the file and any validation issues that were identified.

Review and Complete the Import

Review the tentative import results before saving.

• Click Save to import the valid facilities.
• Click Start Over if you need to correct the file before importing.

Note: Only facilities without validation errors will be imported. Review the tentative import results carefully before saving to help prevent incorrect facility information from being added to your organization.
