The Import Facilities feature allows you to upload multiple Facilities into LeagueMinder using the official Facility Template.

Import Facilities

• • 1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
    2. From your dashboard, click Resources in the left-hand navigation menu.
    3. Click Facilities.
    4. Click the … Icon.
    5. Select Import Facilities.
    6. Click the Facility Template Link to download the official LeagueMinder Facility Template.
    7. Complete the template with your Facility Information.
    8. After completing the template, click the Choose File Button to upload your file.
    9. After uploading your file, the system will display a review screen showing any identified issues.
       • Click the Save Button to import the valid Facilities
       • Click the Start Over Button to correct issues before importing

***Only Facilities without validation errors will be imported successfully.
***Reviewing the Tentative Import Screen before saving helps prevent incorrect facility data from being added to your organization.
***Using the official Facility Template ensures the import file matches the required LeagueMinder Format.
