The Import Schedules feature allows you to upload multiple Games and Events into LeagueMinder using the official Schedule Template. Schedules can be imported from either the Dashboard or directly from a Team Page.

Import from the Dashboard

1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Administration.
3. Click Import Schedules.
4. Download the Schedule Template and complete the file using the included instructions.
5. Click the Choose File Button to upload your file.
6. After uploading, the system will display a review screen.
   • Rows with issues will appear in Red
   • Errors can be edited inline without re-uploading the file
7. Select the appropriate Game Status:
   • Not Released – Used during master scheduling (Chairperson Only)
   • Tentative – Requires approval before publishing
   • Auto Accepted – Immediately published to the official schedule
8. Click the Import Button to save the schedule import.

Import from a Team Page

1. Log in to your LeagueMinder Account.
2. Navigate to a Sport by clicking the Sport/Gender/Level Name.
3. Click the … Icon.
4. Select Import Schedules.
5. Download the Schedule Template and complete the file.
6. Click the Choose File Button to upload your file.
7. Review and correct any highlighted issues, then select the appropriate Game Status.
8. Click the Import Button to save the schedule import.

***Chairpersons can import games for other schools in the league.
***Games where neither school belongs to your organization cannot be imported.
***Scheduling conflicts may be overridden depending on your permissions.
