Administrators can view and manage the people who have subscribed to receive alerts from their school, organization, or teams.

From the Alerts page, you can search for subscribers, review the sports or teams they follow, remove an individual subscription, or remove a subscriber from receiving alerts from your organization entirely.

Open the Subscriber List

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. From the left navigation menu, click Alerts.
3. On the Alerts page, click the vertical three-dot (…) menu in the upper-right corner.
4. Select Subscribers.

You will see a list of people who have subscribed to alerts for your organization.

Search for a Subscriber

Use the available search and filter options to locate a specific subscriber.

This is useful when you need to review which alerts a person is receiving or remove one or more of their subscriptions.

Remove a Subscriber From All Alerts

To prevent a person from receiving alerts from your organization:

1. Locate the subscriber.
2. Click the three-dot (…) menu next to their name.
3. Select the option to remove the subscriber.
4. Confirm the change.

This removes the subscriber from receiving alerts associated with your organization.

Remove a Subscriber From a Specific Sport

If you only want to remove one of the subscriber’s sport subscriptions:

1. Locate the subscriber.
2. Click the jersey icon to view their subscribed sports or teams.
3. Find the sport you want to remove.
4. Click the trash can icon next to that sport.
5. Confirm the change.

The subscriber will continue receiving alerts for any other sports or teams they remain subscribed to.

Note: The Alerts page can also be used to manage your own alert subscriptions. The Subscribers option is specifically for administrators managing alert subscribers for their organization.
