Sign Up for Alerts as an Administrator

LeagueMinder administrators can manage their own alert subscriptions directly from their existing LeagueMinder account.

You can subscribe to schools and teams within your organization or follow schools and teams outside your organization without creating a separate alert-management account.

Manage Your Alert Subscriptions in LeagueMinder

  1. Log in to LeagueMinder using your existing credentials.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Alerts.
  3. From the Alerts page, view your current alert subscriptions.
  4. Click Add New to add additional schools or teams.
  5. Search for and select the school, organization, or team you want to follow.
  6. Choose the available alert options for that subscription.
  7. Save your changes.

You can subscribe to teams within the organization you are currently logged into or add schools and teams from outside your organization.

Add More Schools or Teams

Your administrator access is not limited to alerts from your own organization.

From the Alerts page, use Add New to search for additional schools and teams you want to follow and add them to your personal subscriptions.

This allows administrators who work with multiple schools, leagues, conferences, or programs to manage their alert subscriptions from one place.

Receive Alerts in the DigitalSports Mobile App

Administrators can also use the DigitalSports mobile app to receive push notifications for the schools and teams they follow.

Use the account associated with your LeagueMinder access when setting up the DigitalSports app. Once your account is connected, the subscriptions you manage through LeagueMinder determine the alerts you receive through the available delivery methods, including push notifications.

Note: Push notifications must also be enabled for DigitalSports in your phone or tablet’s notification settings.

Using a Separate Alert Account

Administrators can also create a separate DigitalSports alert account using another email address if they prefer.

However, this is not required. Your existing LeagueMinder administrator access already includes the ability to manage your personal alert subscriptions from the Alerts page.

Note: Your personal alert subscriptions are different from Manage Alert Subscribers, which allows administrators to manage other people who have subscribed to alerts from their organization.
