LeagueMinder administrators and authorized coaches can send one-way alerts to selected seasons or teams by email, text message, and push notification.
Alerts can also be published to your website and configured to expire automatically.
Send an Alert
- Log in to LeagueMinder.
- From the left navigation menu, click Alerts.
- Click Send Alert.
- Select the season(s) or team(s) that should receive the alert.
- Choose how the alert should be delivered:
- Text message
- Push notification
- Enter your alert message or custom note.
- Choose whether the alert should also be published to the website.
- Choose whether the alert should expire or remain available.
- Review the alert and click Send Alert.
The alert will be sent to subscribers associated with the seasons or teams you selected using the delivery methods available for those subscribers.
View Alert History
Alerts sent by administrators and coaches are recorded in Alert History.
Use Alert History to review previously sent communications and see the alerts that have been distributed through your organization.
Note: LeagueMinder alerts are strictly one-way communications. Recipients cannot reply to an alert, and alerts do not create message threads or conversations.
