Students can be removed from a team roster from either the Students menu or the individual team’s Roster page.

Remove a Student From the Students Menu

1. Log in to LeagueMinder.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to Resources > Students.
3. Search or filter for the student you want to remove.
4. Click Team History next to the student.
5. Locate the appropriate rostered season.
6. Remove the student from that roster entry.
7. Confirm the change.

Remove a Student From the Team Roster

You can also remove a student directly from the team’s roster.

1. Select the appropriate team by choosing the gender, level, and sport.
2. Open the Roster page.
3. Locate the student you want to remove.
4. Click the trash can icon next to the student’s name.
5. Confirm that you want to delete the roster entry.

Important: Removing a student from a roster or deleting a roster entry only removes that student’s information for the selected rostered season. It does not delete the student’s main record from LeagueMinder.

The student will remain available in the Students directory and can be added to another team or rostered again in a different season.
